If you know your job must ship by a certain date, you need to give us a RUSH DUE DATE so that your job is marked as a rush order in our system. Any listed turnaround times are average, estimated times and are not guaranteed unless the order is entered as a RUSH. Master Printing prides itself in our quality and fast turnaround. We will always go the extra mile to ensure that our client's schedules are met. However, in the event of technical difficulties such as press malfunctions, power outages or other circumstances beyond our control, we will gladly refund rush charges and, when possible, allow for order cancellations. Our liability will be limited to these costs and we will not be responsible for expedited shipping costs. In the event of shipping delays, Master Printing will not be responsible for third party shipping errors by UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. In this unlikely circumstance, our customer service department will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with your shipping carrier.
